We may ask you to return the product in its original packaging and cover the return shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund.
Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds due to health and safety reasons.

I have used the skin salve on all of my dogs and loved the results. I also have horses, and when one had an awful horse fly bite on his back, which he rubbed raw, I tried all my usual treatments but the wound just kept getting bigger due to him itching (you can't put a plaster/dressing on a horse) i had nothing to lose so tried the skin salve. I already knew it was good but was really impressed when within four days the skin was healing beautifully and the hair was beginning to regrow. Please check out the pictures below. I brought simply canine for our Frenchy that we rescued. She had really bad dry skin and nose. She also had sores from wearing a harness that was too small for her.. I brought the soap, nose, paw balms and skin salve! After using all the products for two weeks her skin and coat is fantastic, I get compliments on how silk and shiny she looks and feels.. the soap is soo moisturising and leaves her smelling good for ages which I was surprised with due to it being all natural ingredients. Her nose and paws have no dryness to them and the skin salve is magic, within days her sores was healed. The products are good value for the money and will last for ages. I couldn’t recommend these products enough and will be buying again. Bonus is that it’s supporting a family ran small business.

Paw butter- After looking for something for a while to help protect his sensitive paws, I’m soooo glad to have stumbled across this. The natural products assured me that there wasn’t any nasties inside the product, he seems to love it, and I’ve never felt more confident over keeping an eye on his paws when the heat rose the other week. His paws have never felt more moisturised and I’ve never felt better! He loves it and I have to agree! Nose balm - After a slight hiccup with storing it, I contacted customer services and they were great! Told me how to properly store it, advised me on how it should be properly applied when it’s not melted (my bad put it near the hottest spot in my house). But the product itself is absolutely amazing! Having a French bulldog, I’m always worried over his nose being too dry and stressing it’ll start to crack. Since using this product for around a month, you can visibly see the difference! It’s so much softer and more moisturised, he must be feeling better over it. Thankfully the ingredients are safe to be consumed as I don’t think there would be a way to apply it without him trying to lick it 😂 Even better, it doesn’t feel greasy like some of the other nose butters I’ve tried! Would DEFINITELY recommend!
